Training Modules
The Training module has training for three levels within an organization; Management, Supervisors and Staff. Access to the Management and Supervisors training can be easily restricted to the appropriate level in the organization.
Management Training
This information is directed at management's concerns and addresses why ignoring computer ergonomics will negatively impact the bottom line. It will explain how using the ErgoStar CBT Program will help managers reduce workers' Compensation Costs, lower absenteeism, lower employee turnover and help them improve overall employee productivity at their computers.
It will also assist in bringing an organization into compliance with OSHA's new ergonomic standard once it becomes effective.
