Supervisory Training
Supervisors will be trained to identify potential computer-related ergonomic problems and on how to avoid hiring employees who have a high potential for being at-risk of an RSI or MSD. They will gain an understanding of why scheduling and task management are extremely important. They will also be able to recognize work area risk factors and understand what is necessary to eliminate risk from the work environment.
